The first relevant sheet is already included in the device set: worktop depth ≥ 60 cm - shortened Pull-outs (90° “S” flat duct bend Z861SB4, male) Worktop depth ≥ 70 cm - standard pull-outs (90° “L” flat duct bend Z861SB2, male) For partially guided recirculated air up to the base area, we offer preferential piping as an accessory set Z861KR2 (designed for a working height of up to 960 mm). A wide range of special accessories are available for individual, fully managed recirculation.

Planning is possible as wall and island planning
The product and accessories meet the provisions of the needle flame test (according to IEC 60695-11-5) and building material class B1 (according to DIN 4102-1).
Exception: The Z861SS2 flex sleeve accessory meets the needle flame test (according to IEC 60695-11-5) and building material class B2 (according to DIN 4102-1).
The maximum immersion depth is 223 mm under glass top-mounted devices and 227 mm for devices that are suitable for flush installation (depending on the model).
The device must remain freely accessible from below.
No intermediate floor is necessary under the device. The drawers must be removable. The back wall can be left - all that is required is a cutout for the air outlet (position and size can be found in the installation instructions).
An installation in an unducted recirculation configuration requires a vertical opening of at least 25mm behind the back wall of the Furniture. For optimal performance, 50mm is recommended.
The minimum worktop thickness is 16mm for top-mounted and flush-mounted units with the standard installation system. Installation in thinner worktops is also possible with a spare part: Material number 626792
The total device weight is 26 kg. The load-bearing capacity and stability, especially with thin worktops, must be ensured by suitable substructures. The weight of the device (including corresponding weights such as filled Pots) and the worktop manufacturer's specifications for structural integrity must be taken into account.
For all partial and unguided recirculation plans, an air return opening of ≥ 400 cm² is required Base area required. The opening can be realized via outlet grilles, slatted grilles or slightly shortened bases, depending on the range of the kitchen furniture manufacturer.
The air outlet on the back of the device can be combined directly with a flat duct element (NW 150).
When installing an air duct in exhaust mode and a chimney-connected fireplace, the power supply must be equipped with a suitable safety switch. This is not necessary for an installation with recirculating air.
In exhaust air mode, a backflow flap with a maximum opening pressure of 65 Pa should be installed.
