Take-back of old equipment
Your old unit will be taken along with the delivery of a new unit and disposed of properly.
Performance requirements:
- The old unit is disconnected from the power and water supply. Alternatively, we offer the service option uninstallation for you.
- It is a household electrical appliance from the same, or a similar product group as the new appliance. (e.g. old appliance: washing machine and/or tumble dryer, new appliance: washer-dryer)
- In the case of a refrigerator and / or freezer, this is completely defrosted and without foreign content such as water
